By helping them discover new things and by cultivating their leadership abilities, you participate in the social, intellectual, linguistic and cultural development of learners.

It is critical that we play a role in developing a sense of belonging and in promoting identity building. For that reason, we need to promote and enhance the ties between educational settings, families and communities.
